The BWI Chapter Affiliation Agreement provides, in part, that:
CHAPTER shall maintain reasonable records related to all of its programs, activities and operations. CHAPTER shall submit regular written reports, no less than once per calendar quarter, to BWI summarizing its programs, activities and operations, including but not limited to budget and financial statements.
Additionally, good documentation of all the people we help is essential for grant funding. That is why the attendance numbers are broken down as they are (a running tally of newcomers yields the total number of individual meeting participants), and that is why tracking phone, email, and event contacts is important.
