Please use the form below to send in your 2017 Q1 report. This report includes a space to claim marketing credits.
- The calculations include fundraising deductions for replacement of Ind*o (Prima) wraps or, at the chapter’s discretion, other culturally appropriated carriers. This is the final quarter that this calculation will be due.
- After you complete the report, you will be redirected to PayPal to remit your payment. The amount due will show up in PayPal. Remember, if your total remittance calculation is less than $40.00, the minimum amount due is $40.00.
- Please use your chapter’s PayPal account to remit payment. This will reduce delays in the payment recording to your chapter’s account.
- You will immediately receive an email with a copy of the information you submitted in your report. Be sure to check your spam folder.
