The Education Team is seeking writers for monthly newsletter content related to spreading education and awareness to our volunteers. Submit your ideas as well as a writing sample (ie. link to previous work) to amy.rainbow@babywearinginternational.org

The Education Team is currently seeking tutorial creators to contribute content to our YouTube channel and website. Website tutorials should include photos and detailed write-ups describing both the photos and the actions in tutorial style. Diversity of body size, skin color, and identification is highly sought after.

Additionally, the Team seeks a volunteer to organize submissions and prepare their final posting by working with volunteers in Social Media. Submit your work or detailed letter of intent (for the organizer position or to propose new content) to amy.rainbow@babywearinginternational.org.

The Chapter Support Team is seeking applications for a volunteer to assist with data management. This is a new position on the team and any level of CV may apply for this position.

Some of the Data Manager responsibilities are:
Maintaining and updating chapter records
Ensuring chapter documentation up to date
Running various reports in TBW to ensure that records are accurate
Developing new tools to streamline processes
Qualified applicants will be proficient in the use of Google Drive (including forms and spreadsheets), should be familiar or be willing to become familiar with Basecamp and TBW, and have strong organizational, record keeping skills and problem solving skills.

The MyTurn Team is seeking an additional 1-2 volunteers. CSVs, VBEs, ABEs, or MBEs may all apply for this role.

The MyTurn Team Volunteer will be responsible for assisting with the following:
Participating in the MyTurn Basecamp project which is used for communication amongst the MyTurn Team.
Assisting chapters with properly setting up their member and inventory spreadsheets by making sure that they are formatted correctly to be entered into MyTurn.
Performing member imports into Myturn for chapters.
Answering ongoing questions that the chapters may have throughout the process and upon completion.
Encouraging chapters to complete their MyTurn setup.
The workload for this position averages 2-3 hours of week. The term of this position will end upon the completion of all current chapters being setup in MyTurn with the option to stay on longer, if desired.

The Accreditation Coordinators (ACs) are looking for more volunteers to assist with CSV applications. Applicants must be in good standing with an active BWI chapter. This is a pre-approved MBE project!

The time commitment is about 2-3 hours a week. ACs are expected to regularly check their BWI email, respond to queries within two business days, maintain accurate records in Google Drive and TBW, and participate regularly in the committee’s Basecamp forum.

Interested applicants in the AC position must complete the following steps:

The Higher Accreditation Coordinators (HACs) are looking for more volunteers to assist with ABE and MBE applications. Applicants must be in good standing with an active BWI chapter and a MBE. Please note processing will be slower than normal due to the shortage of qualified volunteers.

The time commitment is about 2-3 hours a week. HACs are expected to regularly check their BWI email, respond to queries within two business days, maintain accurate records in Google Drive and TBW, and participate regularly in the committee’s Basecamp forum. All ABE’s who are actively working on their MBE are encouraged to apply.
